Using TaskRamp
By using TaskRamp, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes and to keep your account credentials secure.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
Workflows and content
You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant TaskRamp permission to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users’ data without authorization.
- Do not abuse or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload illegal or malicious content.
Privacy, cookies, and data protection
We use cookies for authentication, security, and basic product analytics. We protect your data using access controls and encryption in transit.
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve the service. By using TaskRamp, you consent to this analytics processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
Email policy
We send emails that are necessary to operate the service, including account notices, security alerts (such as verification codes), workflow invites, and service updates. These transactional messages are required to use TaskRamp.
We may also send product updates or announcements. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or your account preferences.
We do not sell your email address. We use reputable email delivery providers and honor applicable anti-spam laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk to the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TaskRamp after changes means you accept the updated terms.
